With a B.A. in Political Science and an M.A. in Government, she brings a high-level of technical writing experience, contributing to over $30 million won in federal government contracts within the last three years. She has added capacity, revenue, and knowledge to small businesses across multiple industries. Ms. Foster has a passion for small business success in the federal procurement industry.
Proposal Manager, Julia Hagenburger, manages team proposal schedules and contributes to proposal development and overall compliance. Julia comes to First Foster with more than 10 years of professional experience in federal proposal development. She has worked for several companies, including Weston Solutions, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Choctaw Global Staffing. Julia has written proposals in industries such as environmental remediation, water and wastewater management, design-bid-build construction, other construction and renovation. She studied Journalism and Public Relations at Texas A&M, and now lives in San Antonio, Texas.
Dr. Gerald Austin, CFCP (Certified Federal Contracting Professional), Consulting Director for Business & Development, has more than 30 years experience as a business consultant. Gerald is the Founder and CEO of Mega International, a business to business development firm that focuses on motivating, educating, growing and advocating for businesses. His consulting firm, has long been an important resource for federal government as well as the private sector. His innate gift to broker relationships through his personalized approach to solutions enables him to provide fanatical client care that creates lasting value. His educational background includes a B.S. in Engineering, a Masters in Business Administration and a Doctorate in Transformational Leadership. Gerald brings a wealth of knowledge, innovative thinking and firsthand knowledge of how government business works.
Research Consultant, Christian Wagner, has over 20 years of experience in Research and Data Analysis. Mr. Wagner has worked in Government Contracting, Automotive, Aviation, Finance, and with various Government Agencies (e.g., DEA, Dept. of Ed., DOL, & USDA). In terms of Education, Mr. Wagner has an MBA in finance from St. John's University and a BS in Political Science from Florida State University.
